Terms Of Use

Simple Cyberspace, Inc. does not sell, rent or lease any information obtained on or provided by our clients, their customers, prospects, partners, and affiliates.

Simple Cyberspace, Inc. is not responsible for any information collected by our client web sites, email, and other internet or electronic activities. We do, however, encourage our clients to maintain strict privacy policies and to publish them accordingly.

Simple Cyberspace, Inc. does not tolerate SPAM or unsolicited email transmission. We advise clients on the definition of SPAM and the consequences of its use. Besides unsolicited email, SPAM may also include (but is not limited to) material which is unlawful, illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

The Simple Cyberspace, Inc. anti-SPAM policy is clearly stated here. Those who violate it are subject to immediate suspension or termination of service, financial penalties, and legal action. SPAM is illegal or becoming illegal in U.S. states, and even some countries internationally, and we expect that trend to continue.

Clients of Simple Cyberspace, Inc. are entirely responsible for all content that they upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available via their web sites, email, and other internet or electronic activities. Simple Cyberspace, Inc. does not control the content and, accordingly, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, quality, or legality of such content.

Simple Cyberspace, Inc. reserves the right to temporarily suspend service to any client or user of our service that may be infected by a virus and is causing other Internet users to be attacked or infected by the virus. Viruses by their own nature are virtually impossible to completely stop from spreading. All Internet users should take measures they deem adequate to protect their computer systems, typically utilizing anti virus software that scans your system, incoming e-mail, and web browser. Anti-Virus software should be updated at least daily. Simple Cyberspace, Inc. does not accept responsibility for viruses that are transmitted via it's servers.

Anyone seeking to report any violations of this Terms of Use Policy may contact us by emailing Administrator@SimpleCyberspace.com or our phone number listed on our website.
