Simple Cyberspace, Inc. is not
responsible for any information
collected by our client web sites,
email, and other internet or electronic
activities. We do, however, encourage
our clients to maintain strict privacy
policies and to publish them
accordingly.
Simple Cyberspace, Inc. does not
tolerate SPAM or unsolicited email
transmission. We advise clients on the
definition of SPAM and the consequences
of its use. Besides unsolicited email,
SPAM may also include (but is not
limited to) material which is unlawful,

suspension or termination of service,

Clients of Simple Cyberspace, Inc. are
entirely responsible for all content
that they upload, post, e-mail, transmit

electronic activities. Simple
Cyberspace, Inc. does not control the
content and, accordingly, does not
guarantee the accuracy, integrity,
quality, or legality of such content.
Simple Cyberspace, Inc. reserves the
right to temporarily suspend service to
any client or user of our service that
may be infected by a virus and is
causing other Internet users to be
attacked or infected by the virus.
Viruses by their own nature are
virtually impossible to completely stop
from spreading. All Internet users
should take measures they deem adequate
to protect their computer systems,
typically utilizing anti virus software
that scans your system, incoming e-mail,
and web browser. Anti-Virus software
should be updated at least daily. Simple
Cyberspace, Inc. does not accept
responsibility for viruses that are
transmitted via it's servers.
